About Me

I'm an extrovert, curious, ambitious kind of person that is passionate about what I do. Dancing is my biggest passion! I started dancing when I was a kid, and for many years I was a ballroom dancer. Now I run a dancing school and do mostly social dancing like tango, salsa, lindy and oriental dance. I regularly practice ashtanga yoga. My experience it that it's giving me better both physical and mental flexibility, balance and strength. I also do some zen meditation. Both physical and mental health interests me and I enjoy training and eating (raw-food) healthy. I also work a lot with myself mentally to become more balanced. I'm engaged in how the human mind works, and how we can expand our consciousness. As a result of that I took a coaching education and a trainers trainer in nlp. I’m also a massage therapist, and now I run a clinic for health and well-being. I also love traveling, and have been studying social anthropology in Thailand. I've also been to India, Egypt the US and most places in Europe. I also like trekking in the mountains, and be by the ocean.
